Our IoT platform consists of four modules
Module 1 · Dashboards-based, user-tailored applications
CTL is an Argentine company specialized in building customer-tailored, dashboards-based monitoring and IT security applications. Being an Argentine company, there're no language barriers throughout Spanish-speaking LATAM countries and Spain. Customers can protect their infrastructure, anticipate incidents and enhance visibility on their data and processes, which become actionable on a timely basis.
Customer's diverse systems can be integrated in a single point of control available at users hands at their mobile, tablet of laptop, thus eliminating error-prone and time-consuming supervision of multiple screens.
Through this module 1 your company's applications can be integrated withinn our IoT platform, to add value to customer's end users from virtually every vertical market sector.
CTL's applications are seamlessly connected to Module 2 (network orchestration module) in a user-transparent way.
Module 2 · Cloud-based network orchestration software
Our IoT platform's network orchestration software takes care of the proper operation of every element of the platform. These are some of its features:
- APIs (application programming interfaces) integration with customer's back-office and front-office systems (billing, ERP, CRM, SCADA, etc).
- Endpoint devices and commands management.
- Database and logs management.
- View, filter, export, and search for devices and check their history with just a few clicks. It allows you to control, import, assign, activate, suspend, replace, deactivate, etc.
- View device performance details, when messages were sent, the status of each device, statistics, and connection history, etc.
- Alerts and notifications about everything that happens with your devices, directly to your inboxAlerts and notifications about everything that happens with your devices, directly to users' inbox.
- Control who has access to what, and why. Intellect allows you to manage users or pass control to external applications with its REST API to add, edit, or disable user accounts, roles, and permissions.
- Full data protection in all transmissions.
- Multi-tenant software: it can serve multiple customers, each with its own secure partition. And each customer can segment several partitions inside their organization, giving users context-based access permissions to the entire network managed by our IoT platform.
Module 3 · LPWAN powerful concentrator gateway
Our IoT platform's concentrator gateway is a «power horse» with unique built-in capabilities in every single gateway :
- ≈60 km radius coverage in a crowded city if properly installed.
- +320 square kilometers area coverage in urban zones.
- ≈4800 square kilometers area coverage in rural zones.
- Same, license-free frequency band used all over the globe.
- Unmatched endpoints capacity: +63,000 endpoints. [1]
- Certified under several international telecommunications standards.
- Suitable for indoors and outdoors operations.
- OTA (over-the-air) automatic, background firmware upgrades.
- Quick and easy setup: it can take few hours to be up and running.
[1] An endpoint is any field device. For example, it can be a smart meter, a water flow sensor, a PLC (programmable logic
controller), an RTRTU (remote terminal unit)... all kind of field devices. Even if a single endpoint manages tens of
different parameters, for our concentrator gateway it will be just one of the +63,000 endpoints it can supervise through
our LPWAN network.
Module 4 · Our LPWAN data acquisition field devices
Our data acquisition firld devices are fully configurable to support the specific requirements of each IoT project. The following are some of their features:
- Protocols agnostic: support for Modbus RTU, DNP3, IEC 30870, Telnet/SSH, SNMP, BACnet, TPV ISO 8583, CAN Bus/LIN, RS232, RS485, UART 9600...
- Suitable for indoors and outdoors operation
- Digital and Analog Inputs and Outputs fully configurable for each IoT project
- Support for commands on actuators (bidirectional communications)
- Built-in wireless bidirectional communications operation
